A Petition to wind up the above named company, DWHA Limited, of 26 The Quadrant, Richmond, England, TW9 1DL (registered office), presented on 18 February 2021, by MERCANTILE BARRISTERS LIMITED, 10-11 Gray’s Inn Square, London, WC1R 5JD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at a remote hearing via Microsoft Teams at the County Court at Central London (Bankruptcy), Thomas More Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, WC2A 2LL on 30 April 2021, at 2pm (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4pm on 29 April 2021.
