"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) and Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
