ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

2. 'That A Turpin, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Poppleton &Appleby, 30 St. Paul's Square, Birmingham B3 1QZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.'
