At a general meeting of the Company held at Meadow View, 7A Winchbottom Lane, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 3RJ on 21 August 2018 at 10.30 am, the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Christine Francis (IP No. 13596) and Christopher Marsden (IP No. 9409) both of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
