Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 April 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Muncaster (IP No. 9446) and Sarah Helen Bell (IP No. 9406) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
