"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Patrick Meany (IP No. 9453) of Quantuma LLP, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood BH24 1DH and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its winding-up."
