A petition to wind up the above named Duo Manufacturing Ltd of 4 Rye Hill Office Park, Birmingham Road, Allesley, Coventry, West Midlands, CV5 9AB (Registered Office) presented on 14 December 2020 by JACKSON MECHANICAL SERVICES (UK) LIMITED of 34 Coldharbour Lane, Harpenden, Herts, United Kingdom AL5 4UN (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard by The Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ, remotely by Microsoft Teams on Monday 12 April 2021 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
