A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Dunstall Food & Wines Ltd (10759387) of T/as Cannon's Corner Food & Wine, 7 Canons Corner, Edgware HA8 8AE, whose nature of business is 47110 - Retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating, presented on Friday 22 July 2022, at 12:00 by NISA RETAIL LIMITED, of Member Support Centre, Waldo Way, Normanby Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe DN15 9GE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 07 September 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
