Notice is hereby given that on 26 September 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by Dunnottar Bar Limited craving the court inter alia to order that Dunnottar Bar Limited, be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 26 September 2018 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the first deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Press & Journal" and ordained all persons having an interest to lodge answers within the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court, Castle Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP within 8 days after such publication, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
