1 That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2 That Barry O’Donnell of Harbinson Mulholland, Centrepoint, 24 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8HS be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.
