NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 124 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Ernst and Young LLP, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT on 31 July 2019 at 10.00am for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and property of the company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors' meeting:

1. That the Liquidator's receipts and payments account be approved

2. That the Liquidator receive his release

A person entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.

Proxies for use at the meeting must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
