Notice is hereby given that on 12 July 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Dundee by Dundee Pub Company Ltd for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Dundee Pub Company Ltd (Company No: SC571385) formerly having its registered office at 60 West Victoria Dock Road, Dundee, DD1 3BH and now having its registered office at 58 Long Lane, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Scotland, DD5 1HH and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 15 July 2019 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Scottish Daily Mail newspaper; ordains the said Dundee Pub Company Ltd formerly having its registered office at 60 West Victoria Dock Road, Dundee, DD1 3BH and now having its registered office at 58 Long Lane, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Scotland, DD5 1HH and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
