A PETITION to wind up the above-named company whose Registered Office is at 32 Rokeby Road, London, SE4 1DE presented on 23 November 2018 by RESOLUTION PROPERTY SURVEYORS LTD whose Registered Office is at 3 Waterhouse Square, 138 Holborn, London, EC1N 2SW claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 8 January 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 7 January 2019.
