At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 4 October 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Annette Reeve be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 4 October 2018 the appointment of Annette Reeve as Liquidator was confirmed.
