A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 62 Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 3AN presented on 5 July 2017, by SANDWELL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL of Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 9DE, claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Manchester District Registry at Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 4 September 2017 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
