Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) that a meeting of the creditors of the above Company will be held at CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ on 02 February 2017 at 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.
