Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 January 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."
