At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 24 July 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Gareth Graham Self and Keith Robin Cottam of Restart Business Turnaround and Insolvency Limited, 18 The Bridge Business Centre, Beresford Way, Chesterfield S41 9FG are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 24 July 2017 the appointment of Keith Robin Cottam and Gareth Graham Self as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
