Notice is hereby given that on 29th January 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Forfar craving the Court inter alia that DSP Contracts Ltd., with its Registered Office at 3 Windyedge Terrace, Forfar, Angus, DD8 1LU be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Forfar by interlocutor dated 31st January 2020 ordained the said DSP Contracts Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
