A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 09135116) of 7 Empress Street, Manchester, England, M16 9EN, presented on 30th August 2018 by BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL, 4TH Floor, City Hall, Bradford, England, BD1 1HY (the "Petitioner") claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) Leeds District Registry, Leeds, LS1 3BG.
