“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
