Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 October 2019 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

a) “That the Company be wound up voluntarily

b) That Gordon Johnston and Shane Biddlecombe of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd, 10B Fleet Business Park Sandy Lane Church Crookham Fleet Hampshire GU52 8BF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."

c) Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.”
