Notice is hereby given that on 1 February 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Dunfermline by Drummonds (Markinch) Limited for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Drummonds (Markinch) Limited (Company No: SC523809) having its registered office at 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 1 February 2019 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in Scottish Daily Mail newspaper; ordains the said Drummonds (Markinch) Limited, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dunfermline within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
