"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ryan Holdsworth (IP No. 23410) and Adrian Graham (IP No. 8980) both of Graywoods, 4th Floor, Fountain Precinct, Leopold Street, Sheffield, S1 2JA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
