“That Peter Hall of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Science Park, Chilworth Southampton, SO16 7NP and Carrie James of Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 93 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4BA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”
