At a General Meeting of the above names company duly convened and held at 44 St Helens Road Swansea SA1 4BB, on 11 July 2019, the following written resolutions were duly passed:

Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Jason Mark Evans of H R Harris & Partners, 44 St. Helens Road Swansea SA1 4BB, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 11 July 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Jason Mark Evans as liquidator.
