A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Registration Number 04926993 of Alexander House, 38 Forehill, Ely, Cambridgeshire CB7 4AF presented on 15 January 2018 by WELLGRAIN LIMITED (in administration) (company number 04926994) of 4 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3EB acting by its joint administrators Matthew Richards and Daniel Smith of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU who were appointed as administrators on 2 March 2017 (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Birmingham, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, West Midlands B4 6DS
