A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Freshford House, Redcliffe Way, Bristol BS1 6NL presented on 12 September 2019 by BRITISH HARLEQUIN PLC whose Registered Office is at Festival House, Chapman Way, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 3EF, claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 12 November 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard) .

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 11 November 2019
