At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Alpha House, Tipton Street, Sedgley, West Midlands, DY3 1HE at 10am on 19 January 2022, the following resolutions were duly passed:

Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Paul Ronald Brindley of Midlands Business Recovery, Alpha House, Tipton Street, Sedgley, West Midlands, DY3 1HE, United Kingdom, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".
