At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Mansion House, Manchester Road, Altrincham, WA14 4RW on 27 January 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) and Tom Gardiner (IP No. 17990) both of Begbies Traynor, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
