“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Silke & Co Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
