1. “That the company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Constantinos Pedhiou of ARC Insolvency Limited, Wenta Business Centre, 1 Electric Avenue, Enfield, EN3 7XU, United Kingdom, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.
