Notice is hereby given that a decision is to sought from the creditors of the above-named company by way of a deemed consent procedure for the appointment of Mike Hall and Andrew McTear of McTear Williams & Wood Limited as Joint Liquidators of the company.

To object to this decision creditors must deliver a duly completed notice of objection either by email to objections@mw-w.com or by post to McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT by no later than 23.59 hours on 29 July 2019, the decision date, together with proof of their debt, without which objections will be invalid.

Unless 10% in value of the creditors who would be entitled to vote at a qualifying decision procedure object to this decision then it will be automatically approved on 29 July 2019, the decision date.

A list of names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days prior to the decision date.
