A Petition to wind up the above-named company of DRAGON FIRE SYSTEMS LIMITED (10496121) of 4 Holmestrand Avenue, Burnley BB11 5DW, whose nature of business is Fire Protection, presented on Wednesday 14 April 2021, at 10:00 by THE BIRMINGHAM AND MIDLAND INSTITUTE, of 9 Margaret Street, Birmingham B3 3BS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 25 October 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
