Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 February 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) and Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex BN1 4EA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
