NIRAJAN DESAI of 9 Fyfield Close, Shortlands, Kent BR2 0LZ; MR. PRADEEP PATEL of Limewood Lodge, Fairmile Park Road, Cobham, Surrey KT11 2PG; MR. DINESH PATEL of 29-31 Ebury Bridge Road, London SW1W 8QX claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on the 09th October 2017 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
