A Petition to wind up the above-named company of DPB Transport Limited (10965610) of European Moving Warehouse, Park Farm Close, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Folkestone CT19 5DU, (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Freight transport by road, presented on Friday 30 October 2020, at 10:50 by LOYAL PARTNER SP. ZO. O. SP. K., of Oakland House, Talbot Road, Manchester M16 0PQ United Kingdom claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts of England & Wales, Strand, Holborn, London WC2A 2LL on Wednesday 25 November 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
