“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich NR1 1RE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
