1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Annette Menzies , Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be appointed Liquidator of the Company”.
