NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board of Directors of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 9 June 2017 at 10.30 am, for the purpose of appointing a liquidator, to agree the liquidator’s fees and disbursements for calling the meeting, to agree the basis of the liquidator’s fees post liquidation and to agree the liquidator recovering category 2 disbursements.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Log on to website www.thecreditorgateway.co.uk and insert the password de36yg38fb when prompted.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Drewitt House, 865 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth BH11 8LW by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.
