At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Hill Croft, 3 South Park Drive, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, SL9 8JJ at 10.10 am on 16 February 2021, pursuant to Sections 282 & 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Section 84(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Taylor (IP No. 13790) and Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
