Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 November 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that D N Hyslop (IP No. 9970) and C P Dempster (IP No. 8908) both of Ernst & Young LLP, Atria One, 144 Morrison Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EB be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by either or both of them."
