Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors and contributories for the purpose of for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.; Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the meeting. and at the meeting, creditors may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting of creditors. The meeting will be held on 30 July 2019, at 11:15.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Mark Newton MIPA at 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH United Kingdom by no later than 16:00 on 29 July 2019.

The liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 16:00 on 29 July 2019.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 16:00 on 29 July 2019.
