A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Stuart House, Holmes Street, Burnley, BB11 3BE presented on 8 November 2016 by BURNLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL of Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, LanCs, BB11 1JA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Manchester District Registry, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 9 January 2017 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6 January 2017.
