The meeting is an initial creditors’ and clients’ meeting in accordance with The Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011 and under Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

A proxy form should be completed and returned to me by 12 noon on 1 September 2021 if you cannot attend and wish to be represented.
