“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lane Bednash and Adam Price, both of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftworks Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA, (IP Nos. 8882 and 25050) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
