"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Paul Grant (IP No. 008929) and Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) both of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, RG1 4SJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that they may act jointly or severally."
