"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Giles McCarthy (IP No. 9452) of Netchwood Finance Limited, Atlantic Business Centre, Atlantic Street, Altrincham, WA14 5NQ be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
