A Petition to wind up the above-named company presented on 27 November 2018 by A G PARFETT & SONS LTD of Didsbury Road, Stockport, Cheshire SK4 2JP, claiming to be a creditor of the company of 48-52 Penny Lane, Mossley Hill, Liverpool L18 1DG, will be heard at Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ, at 10:00 am on Monday 18 March 2019 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
