At 23:59pm on 8 May 2018, creditors passed the following ordinary resolution:

"That Steven John Currie of Currie Young Limited and Gareth Graham Self be appointed as Joint Liquidators, in place of the members appointed Liquidator of Cowgill Holloway Business Recovery LLP."
